Our experience with this clinic was fantastic! We called around 10 vets in London, but they were the only clinic who would see our gerbil for an emergency visit on a Sunday. We were seen as soon as we stepped in the door. Despite not having a specialism in exotic animals, or having even seen a gerbil before, you wouldn't be able to tell. Using her knowledge of rodents generally, the vet correctly diagnosed our gerbil, and came up with a treatment plan that worked. We paid around £200 for this visit - including the fee for out of hours and medication, which we thought was reasonable. Without the help of this vet / clinic, our gerbil probably would have died - so we are incredibly grateful for them!

Waited six minutes before hanging up. Normally - this amount of time is negligible but when you have an emergency?? It is everything. Definitely need more support staff if you are going to operate as an “emergency” service. Decided not to register my pup here- terrible first impression. Whatsapp chat also was only focused on me registering and nothing about my dog

My dog had been unwell for a few days and I decided he needed to see the vets. I visited Elezabeth Stret Veterinary Clinic out of hours and the team provided excellent car, doing a thorough check over of my dog and clearly explaining what they were doing and what they thought was wrong with him. The costs were very reasonable, the staff were friendly and efficient and I will definitely use them again for any vet needs.
